Any gen 4 headers will fit. Good price is in the eye of the beholder. IMO there's never a good price for Viper parts.

We have installs about 65 sets of Belangers over the years and a few of the ACRX headers, I prefer the Belangers though and chose them for my olf 08'.

Can you qualify that mark.
Ease of install?
We think they are easy, and the fittment is 100% spot on, this is the answer to your next question also.

Build quality?
Beautiful welding and finish, coated inside and out for heat retension inside (faster flow) and outside for cooler running.

Sound?
The tubes are thiner and lighter then S.S. ones so you hear a little more, but they sound great IMO. A lot of this is subjective of course and the catback will make the sound in the end.

Performance?
Lou's "pickle" collector produces great torque through the midrange and on the road will beat any header regardless of dyno numbers. There are header builders that have actually proved this to themselves, they are not cheap, but the quality is there.

Price?
Retail is $3600 with HF cats and hook ups to your exhaust, There was a sale recently so prices can be cheaper, but I won't post them.

Thanks,

Thanks for the info and offers! I completely forgot that the headers are very loud. I have no problem with that but unfortunately now have almost all the German race tracks DB limits and there is the danger that I should not start. For me it was rather .. the more power

Thank you Mark, for me, the performance is more important than the volume.
But if I do not have the maximum performance with the series pipes I can save my money. Does a U.S. manufacturer of valves Pipes offers?

I posted this some time ago and its kind of interesting. We had a 2010 ACR racer with full header system that wanted to go to Laguna Seca to run, but noise is a big issue there. We installed the crossover system off the 03-06 car on it hoping it would quiet it down, but figured it would suffer some power loss. On the dyno it picked up 30ftpds of torque from 3-5k without any loss of power.

We tried it on 3 other cars with the same results. These cars had headers, no cats and stock mufflers. I think that the combination of the merge in the stock crossover complemented the VVT.

Of course, removing the crossover helped power a bit on the Gen 3's, go figure. Its quite funny the way thing work out.
