Any pictures of a Gen 4 sitting next to a Gen 5?

Does anyone have any pictures of a side by side comparison and other angles of a Gen 3 or 4 sitting next to a Gen 5? Or does anyone currently own both a Gen 3/4 and a Gen 5? I was just wondering if the side mirrors on the Gen 5 are the same mirrors that are on the 2003-10? The Gen 5 looks to have a more aggressive and less of a rounded front side and is slightly slanted back more? Any help? Thanks!

Thanks! Any chance you could get some measurements? I think the glass is the same but the outter shell looks a little bit different to me. Sometimes they look the same but from different angles they look different.

#33 is out having Expel paint protection installed. Should have it back next week. Will take some measurements for you when it gets back.

Thanks for the help!

I have rough measurements on the Gen 5. I have the measurements for the base that bolts to the door and the mirror glass but I didn't measure the actual shape of the housing. To me it looks like it's more redefined than the Gen 3/4's.

It's still hard to tell in the pics. Some pictures they look the same and others they look different. Here is a close up shot of a Gen 5.

To me it looks like it doesn't have a big "bubble" like the Gen 3/4s?

I think that the Challengers have the same mirrors as well?

Looking at Brian's picture of his 2010 they do look the same. Can someone fold their mirror in on a Gen 3/4 and see if this is how it's mounted?

I just looked at a 2014 Challenger and they are different mirrors.

I know on my Gen 2 the mirror base is metal. What are they on a Gen 3/4 and 5? I'm assuming they are metal as well?

According to an interview on exterior styling somewhere, the mirrors are the same. Team Viper wanted to redesign the mirrrors but the $1 million it would cost wased used elsewhere. In the same vein, Team Viper wanted a grill but over heating issues caused a quick, cut it out, solution. For a look at the intended design, check the material between the present grill ribs.

I've been looking at the mirrors on the Gen 3/4 and I swear the bases are different. I don't know if there is a difference in the Verts and the Coupe's but some of the bases look shorter and others look a good inch taller? I haven't seen a Gen 3/4 in person to check it out myself.

Can someone with a Gen 3/4 get a measurement from one side of the glass to the other side of the glass wrapping around the mirror housing on the outside? Following the red line.
