As many on the forum do I own a business and we pride ourselves In doing what's right regardless of profit. When I hear these stories it gets my blood to boil. People like this need a firm Bi%*ch slap.

I am NOT a big believer of Better Business Bureau, but I would file a claim there as well, if the dealership has a claim it may affect his future business...my $.02

It seems like a few times a week a Viper owner is getting bent by a dealer or a vendor. And that's just the ones who decide to go public. There is a very reputable shop here in North Texas that I've been keeping my eyes on. They are growing. Rumor has it they are looking into a Dynojet. They have an experienced Viper technician. Large beautiful and clean shop. Now, Tator's Garage, Roe Racing, Dan Cragin etc. they are not. But they ARE growing. God knows us here in North Texas could use a reputable place to take our Vipers....especially now that Keith Laxson is gone.
