GTS Hood on a SRT

Went to my local Dealer tonight and they have a Stryker Green 14 SRT equipped with a GTS Hood. Thought it was strange. SRT apparently want this Car back to equip it with the correct hood but the dealer is going to keep it the way it is. Figures it could be the only one.

Believe they had an option when ordering to get either a SRT hood on a GTS or a GTS hood on a SRT. Was a small charge for doing this, but they were doing this in response to customers wanting one or the other on their specific car.

It is optioned correctly. The GTS hood is standard with the GT package. Since it is a SRT trim Stryker Green, you had to get the GT package to get the hood.

Dealer sounds to be like a lot of dealers either silly with bad info or making it sound like it's some one-off car. Per previous posts, that's the way it comes. Face, meet palm.

BTW, we know its a GT pkg, because it's stryker green, only avail on the GT pkg or GTS, not available on the SRT base, but I'm sure the dealer knew that too.

Not disputing, but it has SRT Badges, I have seen GT badges if it is a true GT Car. Also the dealer told me SRT wanted the car back to change the hood, I do believe him as it was the Owner of the dealership not a salesman BS.

i have one in my garage right now and it is a srt car with the gts hood. my car has the gt option and has srt lettering on the sides.

Your dealer is full of **** still. The GT package isn't a seperate trim. It is an option package on the SRT trim. Hence the SRT badges.

Geesh, another great dealer, I mean owner. Don't let it detract from the car though. These are sweet, but they're not mistakes.
