Helped Dodge out to start the quarter !

Bought a new 2014 GTS that is black with silver stripes like my '06 viper I used to own. Very excited since my last car was an '08 viper that I totaled with just 550 miles on it :crazy2:

. Learned my lesson about respecting these cars for sure. This will be my 6th Viper since the mid 90's so glad to be back in the fold again. Had thought seriously about getting a new C7 vette but it just didn't excite me and I kept seeing them everywhere. Now the long wait begins until Reliable gets it to VA from IL. It should look great when placed by my 2013 Ford Mustang Super Cobra Jet that runs 8.90's at 152 mph right off the showroom floor with no mods whatsoever.

My rules in my three Viper ownership experience (15yrs) were Dry Roads Only,Hot Tires,lot road in front of you and most important keep it pointed straight on the street when you nail it.....Good Luck with your new toy....

Better engineering and legally mandated traction and stability control helps to avoid the whole suicide thing nowadays. I wouldn't get take the nannies off; they don't ruin the fun. Enjoy. Great time to be a buyer. C7 is everywhere. Nice car but seeing something everywhere would make me feel that my car wasn't special. It's a big reason I got rid of my C6.

The car is much more tame than previous generations, in the fact that ESC lets the Viper remind you that it can kill you, it just doesn't go off and do it.

Straight line cars are weak. Suspension and engineering matter significantly. It's why a Lotus with little engine and no horsepower zips ahead Esp in the twisties. The new Viper can bend and turn better. Lots of people have died in previous generations. Be safe.

You buy that Viper from Ziegler Dodge? If so I sat in it yesterday. It needs a total buff job, but was nice.

Congrats! That car was a steal! What do u mean u ran an 8.90 @ 152 with no mods with your other car? How would that be possible on a stock car?

The Cobra Jet is a factory built drag car made by Ford. It is not street legal but has been fun.

Car is sweet. Battery was dead, and it needs a nice buff job. You must of bought it while I was there because the sales guy I was workin with came in the office and told me it was sold. They sold the 13 I went there to possibly buy, while I was on my way there.
Nice deal on the car, you won't be dissapointed.

Don't believe battery is dead. They have the fuse pulled out of it currently for safety reasons.
