It's an epoxy based floor. Not suppose to have hot tire pickup or peal. I've had it for 2 years now and love the floor. Installed by Granite Floors. From what I understand, they grind floor, put base coat down, then the flakes and then clear coat.

If you click on "but the garage" in the original post you will see that he already has a vacuum cleaner. :)

Only one garage door but get creative with car dollies and it works out fine.

Here are a few shots of my setup. I am a bit tight in there because I have a ton of parts in the garage for a 77 Vette being restomodded. Once I relieve some more space, I will remove the shelving in front of the car and I will have much more room to move in there. Including space to bring in the Charger SRT8 that, for now, does not fit.
