Are those CCW SP 550's? You know, I'm starting to come around on the whole Gen3 vert thing and the spoiler really brings it all together. But then you spoiled everything with the red crap on the wheels.

I think the redline on the wheels sets off on a black car. Not on a red or green car, possibly on a white one, but looks great on a black car.

Thanks for sharing,

Thanks! Yes, those are CCW SP 550's. The spoiler was just added, best aftermarket part I've ever bought. Got it from Autoform.

I really like the rear spoiler....can you post some more pics of it.. Close ups, side view shots, and all around? And obviously...where did you get that spoiler? Is this it?

http://www.autoformgroup.com/index....t_id=220&virtuemart_category_id=56&Itemid=783

And I agree...the red rim stripes are ok for maybe a race weekend or something...but they look a bit overdone... But overall....I really like the black and it looks like a super clean Viper. I even like the look of the sun visors flipped up. I actually removed mine...but may put them back on!

Yes that is where I purchased the spoiler, here are some close-ups...

I've never understood why people block out their license plates when they post pictures. You drive it around for all to see otherwise...

Dang... I have a black vert as well but mine is not that shiny... What do you use to wash and wax for that mirror finish?

Starts with a clay bar, then compound, swirl and haze remover, polish and then wax, all Meguiar's. Most importantly, you'll never get that deep wet look unless you use a DA Buffer

Most people aren't looking to boost a car, but on the other hand, if someone is looking to boost a specific car, like a Viper, this forum may be a good source for them to find exactly what they are looking for. My car isn't that rare, but I have seen others on this forum that are. You just never know who's looking...

I suppose that's a fair point. Highly unlikely but plausible none the less.

Huh, never used a clay bar... Might have to check that out. Also need a good buffer, any preferences?

The problem would not be your license plate, the problem would be what you used to take the picture and if the location is embedded in the photo

I use one from Griots Garage, but there are others available like Porter Cable which usually can be found at your local hardware. Others can be found just by doing a search. Just make sure it has a variable speed adjustment. No matter how clean you think your car is, a clay bar just might surprise you!
