wouldn't believe the trouble I had in finding a water pump for the 96 Viper GTS!! Nobody, and that isn't an exaggeration, makes them anymore! Finally found a guy (www.viperpartsusa.com) who had 5 mopar OEM ones sitting in inventory. Not remanufactured, but "new" before even Dodge stopped making them last year. If you have a Gen 2 Viper GTS and might need a water pump, I highly suggest you give them a call and get one just in case. Once they are gone, only option is remanufactured if can find someone who will offer that, or hope that somebody in future takes on the endeavor of building new ones (unlikely b/c of low volume).

Always the option of rebuilding the stock pump. There are several specialized vendors who offer this service for rare water pumps that are out of production (Ferrari, etc.).
