I'm fairly sure every Viper left the factory with some form of LSD, though I'm not super sure what was in the earlier gens as I've only dealt with the 3 and 4 myself. Hopefully someone else can chime in with some more detailed info.

Yes, I used Mopar Limited Slip Additive - PN/ 04318060AB In Gen II. It might not matter is you use Quaife, seems to be standard issue in some Fords.

Not that this says much, but looking up the stock part number lists "anti-spin" in the description https://www.moparpartsoverstock.com/p/__/DIFFERENTIAL-Rear-Axle/6656563/04763897AC.html. My 71 Vette uses standard looking spider gears and just has the clutches under the side gears. That kit you posted could be similar. There are many different types of locking diffs, so just having spider gears or not doesn't necessarily mean it's non-locking.

As stated in the 1998 Gen 2 Factory Service manual, "All Vipers are equipped with a limited slip differential. Mopar Hypoid Gear Additive should be added if the fluid was replaced."

You can see the clutch pack in the exploded view diagram in the service manual."
