Painted My Hood Pad

I finally decided to paint my hood pad, which had been pretty worn down and had some water spots.

I used a flat black to paint the hood pad and a gloss black and red to paint the sneaky pete logo, the red was called clean red.

I did attempt to use a high heat clear coat to ensure some added protection but for some reason it left a white foam after it dried, so I re painted to remove the white spots.

Here is a picture of it, wish I would have taken some before painted pictures to show the difference.

Also the paint is still wet in this picture, I will post a picture of it on the car tomorrow some time.

Thanks :)

Yeah it does take a good bit of time to prep, but not to bad.

Took me a few hours in total to finish.
