2001 GTS ACR electrical issues

I have a 2001 GTS ACR that I bought new. The car currently has 5,000 miles needless to say I don't use it very much. Lately I have had some issues when I turn the lights on my speedo and tach go all over the place. When I move the interior dimmer switch brighter the speedo and tach both stop working. My blinkers also flash faster then normal. If anyone has any information on this it would very helpful

That sounds like a ground issue, check all the body grounds. Also check all the bulbs, some times a turn signal or brake light bulb will short out and bring power to the ground side of the bulb socket, so check all your lights and make sure they are all working.
