For those of you that bought a QuickJack BL-5000, did you get the SLX or the EXT. I'm considering buying the EXT which would fit on my other cars but might be an inch or two too long for the Viper. I'd have to get the the SLX plus the extensions. Which did you buy? Thanking you in advance for your responses.

Pretty sure I just got the SLX. I think the EXT might be too long. It's tough getting mine under the Viper as is as the front jack point is still pretty close to the front tire. I've also lowered my car just a bit and can't get the unit under the car to begin with by just a hair. I could probably trim the rubber blocks to make it work, but I end up just parking on a 2x12 and that gives me plenty of room to get under it.

I bought the SLX and have used it on a C7 Vette, 68 Camaro, Mustang GT, 2012 Camaro and 67 Chevelle. The Viper has too short of a wheel base for the EXT. The unit comes with std blocks. Buy the short blocks for the Viper.

The EXT is a couple of inches to long for the Viper and the SLX is a couple of inches to short for my '11 Challenger so I need to get the SLX with extensions. I haven't seen any bad reviews. Looks like a great alternative to jacks and stands. Thanks for the response. Thanks for the heads up on buying the short blocks!

I've got the short blocks on mine but still can't quite get under the front, but again I've had my car lowered slightly with MCS singles, so just a heads up. It's easy enough to deal with by just parking on a 2x4 or something like that.
