What is the approximate value of a 1999 RT10 with 60,000 miles in very good condition with rag top and hardtop

The miles are what will get you with that one. What color? That might help some. Based on the limited info, I would guess low $30k range.

Miles and year will only tell you so much. That's around 3000 miles a year, which isn't bad for a "weekend toy" kind of car. We really need pictures and and idea of history to better value stuff. You can have a 20,000 mile car that has been neglected and put through the ringer and a 100,000 mile car in excellent shape because it was very well taken care of. You say "very good" condition, but is that just what you can see or is that after looking at everything on the car? You can polish up the paint and visible components to look nice, but can still have underlying mechanical issues.

All that being said, I guess maybe the better question is whether you are asking value because it's your own and you're looking to sell or because you are looking to buy and it's one you have found you are interested in. The short and vague answer is always that the value is whatever you're willing to pay/accept. The longer version is check autotrader, cars.com, ebay, etc. and see what similar cars are going for. It takes a little more work, but it will give you a better idea of "current market value" than anything else. I recently sold a motorcycle and that was how I priced it. I check cycletrader for my model and looked at some different ads to get a feel for what sort of condition and price they were going for and priced mine accordingly.
