Far too many times we don't always recognize positive experiences when dealing with companies. Last week I decided to pull the trigger and put new tires on my Copperhead. Initially, I checked my local tire suppliers but no one had, or could get, the tires I wanted (Continental Extreme Contact Sport). Recalling a conversation I had last year with a friend, I decided to phone JonB at the Viper Parts Rack. I must admit that I have heard mixed "stories" about him but life has taught me to be open about things.

I made my 1st call not realizing he wasn't open yet. He's in Pacific, I'm in Eastern. I got his voice mail so I just hung up. Not 1 minute later, my phone rang... it was JonB calling to ask me if he could help. I explained what I wanted and he told me they were available but had a suggestion that I'd be pleased with. He asked a few questions as to my current rims, tires, suspension, and mileage. He then suggested his "Bigfoot" package which changed the sizes. I decided to go with his recommendation and placed my order. He told me I'd get confirmation in my email. About 9:30 that night (5:30 his time), I received notification.

Not 24 hours from the time I placed the order went by, that I had them delivered to my garage door... NOT 24 HOURS! Talk about service!!! Thank you JonB.

That's great to hear! He helped me immensely diagnosing a windshield wiper issue on a Gen II (and supplying the parts).

What are the details of the "Bigfoot" package?

What is the Bigfoot package?
It it a step up to a little wider tire (355's in the rear, I don't remember the fronts). It gives a little extra sidewall for rim edge protection for those that run mainly on the street. I also had excellent service from JonB and running the bigfoot package on my 05

I bought the same Bigfoot setup for the 2005 Viper I bought this past summer. They look great and drive really well. Also, I don't get the constant noise of rocks flipping up on my car like I did with past much stickier tires. That's not to say that these don't have grip because they have plenty of grip. Jon B is awesome! Thanks, Jon!

Wow this is great to learn. With Viper tires being rare/difficult I assumed it’s because they’re the widest street tires that exist.
Now that I know wider tires exist I will definitely be getting those.
And I’m wearing out my rears pretty quickly if you know what I mean

Jon b is very good, I haven't been on the Viper site in a long time and my 1999 GTS has just been sitting for many years just getting fluid changes each year 3000 miles on her, anyway jon has always taken great care of me from tires to power steering pully and bracket upgrades, I know why new tires the original ones were 15 years old they looked brand new but if I ever do dig the car out of the garage one day I want to make sure it's safe to drive, hoping Jon b will still be here for my next set of tires in a few years
