Hey guys,

I need help with a couple issues:

I've got a 1994 Viper that's currently in storage, I normally go every other week and start it up and let it run, it's always on a trickle charger.
Last week the fuel was low and I went to start it and it fired up but turned off immediately. I went and got gas and put it in, and it did the same thing again. I didn't keep doing it, I'm wondering do I need a fuel pump or a fuel pump fuse? Any help would be appreciated. I need to tow it into the mechanic but the mechanics near me don't know much about Vipers.

I also have a 1998 Viper R/T, The drivers side window isn't going up and down, when I press the button it sounds like the motor is making a sound but the glass isn't moving at all, the glass is currently down all the way.

I also have a 2001 Viper GTS, the drivers door isn't opening with the outside button or inside lever. It was working last week and now I have to use the emergency lever to open the door.

I'm debating this weekend to open apart the 1998 and 2001 and just start swapping parts and seeing what's actually wrong with the window motor and/or door motor and then order what's not working. Any help in advance would be much appreciated!

Sorry for your troubles.

I may be able to help...but, diagnoses and solutions too complex for my typing appetite...and, since the 94 may be alarm related, I don't put solutions into print on an open forum for the obvious security reasons.
The other two also merit discussions as well.
Feel free to call me...317-402-9013

I can understand that people don't want to diagnose through a forum, but for those of us curious about possible solutions, please can you post the resolutions once you get everything worked out? Thank you!

Re: the electrical switches on your driver’s door. I suspect the wiring harness between the door and the door jam. Slide the rubber corrugated boot concealing the wiring and check for broken wires. It’s very common problem. I cut my corrugated covering and spliced, soldered in more flexible waiting.
