Just installed racing harnesses and now the airbag light won't turn off.

I got the seatbelt light to turn off by looping the lower harness that attached to the buckle

but now,

the retractor harness for the shoulder belt I believe needs a resistor to shut the airbag light off.Tried a 6 ohm resistor and it didn't shut it off.

Does anyone know what kind or at what ohm load needs to be looped in. Or know another way to get it to shut off without showing lights or codes?

What gen? And I'm guessing you have no factory seat belts at all now? On my gen 3 I just made a dummy buckle that I plug in to turn off the seatbelt light, but I think the only airbag light I have is the passenger one that you can turn on and off inside the center arm rest storage compartment. Thinking this is maybe a gen 5 that's a little more advanced?

It is not just a matter of turning the airbag light off. When that light is on it means your airbags will not function in a crash. Very unsafe, but for your use of 4 point harnesses. It is probably a matter of a connector being loosened when harnesses were installed. Check and push all plugs in tightly.
