    Best bet is to look for local PPI inspectors where the car is, I recently bought one from San Antonio area and found a highly reliable inspector, charged ~$250 and gave me a very detailed report.

    Oh man i wish we'd connected just a few days earlier lol! I bought stock pull-offs with 5k miles from Woodhouse and got them installed on the 9th.. Going to keep these until the complete exhaust upgrade.. Thanks!
