So after finding out the front tie rods fit the back, I'm thinking the toe link is nothing more than the front steering link, with the screw end...
So I can confirm, the front tie rods and the rear toe link tie rod ends are the same.
0W-40 Mobile 1 is pretty easy to find and not too pricey. Its what I use in my 96.
I believe all Viper wheels fit all other Vipers with no modification. I'm not sure on the speedo answer though.

Mine like yours, needed some TLC when I got it. I've got a 96 GTS that had 86k miles.
If the fluids haven't been changed, I would do all of them....
I can't imagine having a car for 20+ years and only driving it for 5296 miles!
