Don't feed the trolls, especially the ones that are just typing the most shocking thing possible no matter how wrong they are. Take a look at a one Wanted's posts from 2014:
It's going to very a bit with the options. (I'd look at the window sticker) Also color is going to make a difference and black is not a sought after color. I would say 77k-87k depending on options would be a good price from the dealer.
I sold my 97 GTS with 89,900 miles for $25k which was way low. I wanted to get rid of it quick but it sold in less than 16 hours. (And I had the Deposit) I probably could have sold it for $28,000 maybe even $30,000 if I would have sat on it a while.
There different, but the GEN 5 still has that visceral feel that Stirs my soul like my Gen 2. With the GEN 5 Things like interior, brakes, sound system, build quality and paint are 100 times better. Plus it obviously pulls much, much harder. The handling is much more linear as well.Honestly, the...
Haven't posted on Viper Club for a while. Wanted to share with you my new (At least new to me) 2013 Viper Launch Edition. I drove it from a dealership in Virginia 1,200 miles in about 30 hours. since then I've put a total of over 3,000 miles on my new Viper as you can tell I kinda like the car. ☺️
I am selling my 1997 GTS that once belonged to WARFANG (Josh on the Viper Forums) with 89,900 miles. Higher mileage than most but if you research Vipers they shrug off age and miles extremely well. There are cars with double the mileage in the Viper Club that run great.

It's time for new tires on the Viper and I'm having a hard time making up my mind. I've narrowed it down to three choices: Pilot Super Sports, Pilot Sport Cups and Toyo R888s. My sensible side wants to go with the PSS because of its near R-rated tire grip and it's amazing cost per mile. But that...
Congrats! GEN Is are great cars very different from GEN IIs IMO. I had my first Viper a 1993 GEN I for 6 years ended up putting almost 40,000 miles on it. I also tracked the car countless times at Heartland Park Topeka. Now I have a 1997 GTS (For four years now) that I have put around 25,000...
Dave,
I am probably the closest Kansas City Viper Club member to the location you PMed me. I am still 2.5 hours away. While there are a lot of members North of KC very few of us are much South of KC. (And I can't think of one much west of KC) Not sure how much help I can be....sorry.
As much as I hate (As a Viper purist) to say it the Viper needs a paddle shift option to compete in the near future. Whether the new transmussion is bought from another manufacturer or designed in house that's what it needs. That coupled with sticky tires and an ACR package would put the new Z06...
LOL I might not be the best interview out there. :) We have about 150 members and getting bigger every day. :)
And that girl in the yellow top was awesome! LOL Very hard to look her in her eyes. :)
A buddy of mine who is making a Documentary on the KC car scene featured the car group I started (KC Exotic and Supercar Group) in Episode 2 of his Documentary! I get interviewed and everything. :) Thanks Chazz for putting all this work into exhibiting the KC car scene and for showing how...
