    Rear Speakers in a 97 GTS

    Mine's the same and I was curious, so I listened to several other cars with stock stereo. They all sounded the same so I concluded it was normal. Basically just a pretty worthless set of woofers I guess. Others have reported great improvement with a better set of speakers.

    96 GTS battery install-HELP

    There is a center pin through the plastic, kind of like the center shaft of a standard rivet. Pull out that center pin with a pair of pliers and the outer part will become free (the pin just expands some plastic dogs on the inside of the clip, which holds against the inside of the panel)...
