    If your 3 spokes are in good shape I would say $600 would be a fair price.

    If they are truly flawless, then I would think around 16 to 1700 with good tires without tires I would say 14 to 1500. I would also make sure that they still have good polish on them and have not started looking milky. I just sold mine a couple months back w/tires in this range.
