    Yes, all it does is that it changes the shift pattern from "H" the a sequential pattern. Everything else stays the same just no more hitting the wrong gear.

    I guess it's the "age" and those parts just start to fail. Had the same issue on my 2001 GTS with 17k miles and had to replace the slave cylinder.

    Torque Pro

    We're taking about a $5 piece of software. I have it and I love it just to play around a bit and clear codes once in a while. Works fine with the $14 OBD scanner I have on the Gen 2.

    Indeed, the car (GEN 2) is timeless like this thread. The GEN 2 is still the best looking/sexiest car out there even my car is more than 10 years old. Raw and "true" and delivers what it looks like.. This is why I bought it.

    Found in the local press: Article of a SRT crash with a picture. He was entering the freeway and hit first gear instead of 3rd I guess. While doing so he hit a VW Golf. No one got seriously hurt.
