    It's just the way they are. I start on the DS and work my way over the the PS keeping it tight as I go. It's a very snug fit indeed but if it wasn't it would flap at speed and beat up the finish. Rob

    I've taken my '97 GTS up to 170 indicated, it was actually 175 on the GPS. This was on a closed course of course.

    Re: I know I'm in for a world of bashing, but what are your thoughts of an LSX motor. I'm sure it was not a serious comment anyway but the Corvette uses a a rear-mounted transaxle so the T-56 will not fit. The T-56 was used in the Firebird/Camaro so perhaps with a bell housing swap the LSX...

    Retired CART (Champ Car) racecar driven by P.J. Jones in the '99 season. This is a Swift chassis manufactured here in the U.S.A. 15 were built and this is number 04. I am currently restoring it and I can't wait to get behind the wheel and run the thing for the first time! Rob
