jus a guess here but the pins may not be perfectly straight and you're pulling on the pins causing more pressure....you mite get lucky jus drilling out the pins and trying to pull it off then...it's jus tapered so it ought to jus come right off...and get some penatrating lube or even brake fluid...

i'm running 83lb low impedence injectors in the Twin Turbo car i'm building...had Sean build me a resistor box and it idles and drives jus fine!!..in fact i'm taking fuel out of it!!.....
one of my cust os organizing a meet up at my dealership with the local members from this area and such on apr 10th...were gonna have burgers and such and jus hang out..if you're interested let me know and i'll add ya to the list..we have about 14 or more so far showing up and are having shirts...
i can tell you there is an elite dealer here in san antone...they were trying to sell a 94 SILVER R/T to a guy from up around arlington..said the car was immaculate..it was not..once they brought it over for me to look at for the customer we saw it had been wrecked on the left rear and the rear...
also look it up in a CPI book..which means Cars of Particular Interest....which is a diff version of the NADA book....and i think i screwed up that spelling!!...lol..
MSD sells those isolators and even the air cleaner buffers off older mercedes work also....but get the diesel version there....they are alot more sturdy than the gas buffers....if you look i also added rubber bushings to the 4 mount bolts going thru the frame also.....Len
thanks alot 99 rt/10!!!...now on my twin turbo car i moved the regulator up to the front of the car on the right side so i could run the fuel rails easier and to keep constant fuel press up there...if anyone needs some help give me a yell...thnks again...Len

check the connections on the batt for corrosion and if they are tite......if they tested the battery did they do it in the car??...or out of the car??...how did they perform this test???
thats the same setup i've installed before...if you mount it direct to the frame it's a noisy sucker!!...make a L shaped bracket with 2 L's and mount it behind the battery on the rail....put rubber bushings on the bracket and mount the pump on that bracket with rubber bushings too and it will...
i personally have run the Aeromotive eliminator pump on the street with and with out the billet controller they say to use...it's a piece of junk!!!went thru 2 pumps and gave up....the barry grant king sumho looks good but is not available as of yet...edelbrock is also coming out with a good...
a nguy comes by here at work and does kinda the same thing...sands it first then sprays on a a chemical....kinda smells like ammonia then rinses it off the sprays it with clear....looks really good after he's done!!...
