    No, I took my SRT Ram Roeing. Which is why I left the 4.10s in it :) Just looking to get the car off the line better, gears is the cheapest way to go. Especially since I do not want to get serious with it.

    While I never measured my old and current wheel/tire combo I do have 02 wheels and tires on it, but the tires have a smaller sidewall. Just always assumed they were the same over all diameter. The thing that triggered this whole thing is the fact my truck is as quick as my car now :)

    Sounds like I need to call Sean next week and talk to him about my GEN I. Anyone have a VEC III on their GEN I? If so do you have pics?

    I had to splice into each wire to the injectors and a few others on my SRT. How about a GEN I? No SCT for GEN I, VEC is really the only option, I just never done it because I did not like doing what I did to my SRT.

    I would wait on Sweet's results. A SCT is much less "intrusive". Meaning you are not cutting/splicing into the PCM. I have the VEC III on my SRT Ram along with Roe's SC. It was about 5 months before the SCT was available. Sean has since replaced the VEC III with the SCT in the SC package, so...

    Those are two VERY different things. What are you after? An insanely fast car that only techs can work on and tune or a very fast car that you can do yourself in your garage? I did a Roe SC conversion to my 04 SRT Ram. These things are built/designed for the DIY kind of guy IMHO...

    If they are not Viper techs, or know the 10 in any way I would not allow them to make changes. Get a VEC III and let Roe make the program cards. SCT would be nice, but no go on a GEN I.

    Love the GEN III 5 spoke, they were not around when I went looking. Although I will say one thing about the GEN III 5 spoke, they will "urge" you to buy some nicer rotors.

    Join a Credit Union. Almost all will finance anything. Mine requires an appraisal, which makes sense, older cars have a wide range of value.

    Unless you want a shop to do a custom setup, or you want to pipe it yourself, there are not many options. If you get headers figure another 1500-2000.
