Did you use Bascom to detail your Viper? I need mine clayed and totaly detailed.

I quit for the night, but now the front bolt holes in the floor are stripped and the seat back rocks as you move in the seat.
At this point I WOULD NOT recommend anyone getting the Northwind 2" kit.

The instructions are not that great, limited diagrams. My issues are the new front brackets, anyone have a picture of how it attaches?
Also now when I lay the seat back it feels very loose and unstable. I am feel uneasy with this kit.

My sticker also has TRM:YLX9 after the PNT:PBE is that the white strip of interior?

I am 6'1" and driving hasnt been a big issue with stock height, but I know I can not wear my helment for track events. I had planned to put a 2" seat kit, but I read it also moves the seat up about 3".
If I am correct the 1" allows seat to operate like factory...
My FE came with a cover, but the material seems like nylon and it has been used and dirty on bottom. Can I wash the cover? Anyone have any issues with the factory FE covers?
Rich in NJ has a perfect stock FE #68 for sale, I would have bought, except I was able to get this one new for very little more and it already has green filters, CPU program and $6000 exhaust system.
