Well the hood closed without any problem, I think I was just over worried about that beautiful fibreglass hood! Having now taken the car out for its first supercharged run (it was awesome!!!), iv come back and checked for any signs of rubbing and there apears to be none. Delighted with the end...- MAVPR

Thanks guys, Steve was kind enough to take measurements for me that determined that the block is sitting at the right hight. Going to give it a bit more force and see if it closes, also may need to notch out a little hood pad as freetogo has done. Won't have a chance to work on the car till...- MAVPR

Anyone know where these wires connect???
Just in case anyone ever has this same query again, one of these earths go to the cowling support as I thought and the other clips on to the metal plate that is removed when installing the supercharger. This is why I couldn't see where it should attach - it wasn't there!- MAVPR

Speedracer, very well spotted. I took the picture after I had loosened the nut to see if there was any way it might slip down further on the mounts. It was fully tightened before this. Thanks for the ideas guys, i installed new OEM motor & trany mounts as part of the instal. The mounts seem to be in place, all the way to the bottom of the slot (picture attached). Am I missing a trick with the mounts, is there another way that they could not be fully seated? The blower is a...- MAVPR

Roe Supercharger help please!
Did any of you guys who installed their own Roe supercharger have any hood clearence problems? my install is complete but can't close the hood due to the top of the supercharger contacting the hood pad before the final latched position. belanger header install on an 02 gts
Sounds awesome!!! But I'm not sure how much is down to the headers and how much is the Roe supercharger I installed at the same time :) Haven't driven it yet, just finishing off the last few bits & pieces. One more problem to overcome and then it's time for my first drive with FI :drive:- MAVPR

Yes they are both woven metal straps, they both originate from the same place under the cowling on drivers side. One of them certainly goes to the cowling support. The other one however is a bit of a mystery to me... Sorry about the small pictures, I'm not sure how to make them bigger.- MAVPR

Anyone know where these wires connect???
After some winter mods I'm putting the last few pieces back on the car but for the life of me I can't remember where these 2 wires connect. I think the one with the circular end on it connects to the cowling brace / support thing but the one with a clip on end, I really have no idea? I'm not...- MAVPR

belanger header install on an 02 gts
I just finished this instal and did the motor mounts at the same time. Get new OEM gasket, do not reuse. My install went pretty smoothly, just followed the instructions that came with the headers.- MAVPR

In need of a little help please...
Sorry Sam I just reread that, you are saying the fault is with one of the rear O2 sensors. I had parts of the exhaust off so will check in case that sensor somehow got disconnected. I hope it's as easy as that!- MAVPR

Thank Sam, Running R/T high flow cats, they were on the car before the recent install. Plugged the O2 sensors back into the new headers, haven't omitted anything on purpose, but maybe I should be taking another look at the O2 sensors to make sure the connections are good.- MAVPR

2200 RPM Idle - HELP
Ok so I reinstalled the tune and it is still idling just fine. When I returned it to stock I also checked for fault codes and had one up for the IAC which I cleared. Is it possible that clearing the fault is actually what solved the problem rather than returning the tune to stock?- MAVPR
