I agree with the OP. All of you should sign up and be proud members and wear your badges everywhere you go so you can feel more important about yourself. After all, you are Viper owners. You deserve all the accolades and attention that comes with a membership. Ego stroking does wonders for...

I guess I was wrong. I thought you were an AE when you posted on the Alley. When you post pictures of your car, you should expect to get both good and bad opinions. I NEVER thought that someone would get so bent out of shape over comments on the internet. :lmao:
Oh BTW, no. That thread...
Please don't make it seem like I'm out to attack you. I have nothing against you. I just gave my opinion based on the OP's post.
Now that I read more, my feelings have slightly changed. If a replacement is refused, I would have not given a refund until I got it back as well. That said...
If you reused his packaging he should honor the refund regardless of damage. Damaged shipments are a part of doing business. If one of my customers received something damaged, I don't even bother with a claim. I get a new one to the customer as soon as possible. If I ship the wrong item, I...
Well, there were over 100,000 people in the US that thought the Pontiac Aztec was good looking enough to spend over $20K for it. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, even blind ones.
They take your stock part, wrap it in carbon fiber and resin. This way you keep all the OEM fasteners on the back. It is not a stick on and it does not come off. It's wrapped around so even the edges are carbon. A typical overlay just sticks on.
Vegas, what seats do you have?
I find the car to be very comfortable in the street configuration. If you are not in a hurry, KW is coming out with a retrofit for the stock ACR suspension to make it 3 way. This may help.
Bruce, when I left the office tonight after reading this post, I laid a nice 100' rubber track down the street in my GT500, just for you! Seriously, I did. :D
Didn't you read the manual? It says the ACR is to be used as garage art. Driving it on the streets the way it is meant to be will...
Based on your post, I would say get the coupe. The ACR is meant to be on a track. The coupe is also a capable track car, but made for the street, which is where you will be most of the time. Keep in mind that the ACR also has a huge blind spot due to the side of the wing, so driving it on the...
I was told it would be around $4K just for the front. Not sure about the weight. The one on the car is a prototype. It works just like the suspension on the newer Mercedes. They are also coming out with a retrofit for the stock ACR suspension that makes it a 3 way adjustable.
That was my ACR. I gave them permission to install the system. It's still on the car, and the car is back at my house. They will take the system off next week. It's pretty cool though. I just sit there pressing the button. :D
One piece....
You will notice the whole thing is one piece.
2 piece.....
Here you see that the center hat (black center part) is a seperate piece bolted to the braking surface.
