Looks like a very rare 97' blue white RT/10 model. Don't recall the number that was made for this year, but this is a genuine gen. 2 Viper. The only thing that I can see not original are the later SRT wheels.
Car needs to have EPA sticker inside engine bay and or side door that states conforms with California emission.
-Car and Vin# needs to be verify by a DMV specialist or a CHP officer
-Smog check
-Pay your tax and title fees

Ever since I've owned this 01' GTS, there has been this slight clunking noise everytime I shift gear under 3K RPM. The noise is coming directly from the middle shifter beneath the transmission. Doesn't really bother me as all gears shift smoothly like it should and car pulls like a freight...

Early in the morning and later towards the evening is when the light is the softest. Best time to take those "Super Clean" pics... :) I like it man.
