    There are a lot of reasons why Dodge wouldn't do this and why Dodge would. They have two choices let the Viper die or invest in it and save their halo car. It isn't inconceivable that they chose to invest in it... Rumors are all we are going to get because news like this will hurt sales.

    You could just buy an SD card and leave it plugged in. They are around $1 a GB online, pretty sure the 32GB cards would work and the 64GB cards and larger probably will. You can also buy short adapter cards that will lay flush and use micro SD cards, if the thought of it sticking out slightly...

    That is what I was thinking. Not much use in downloadable apps, without people being able to create interesting apps for it. I'm just thinking all we will get are a few apps that have already been mentioned and nothing more. It would be such a waste to not open it up.

    If the web browser is available you should be able to use google maps. I didn't see a mention of it so it might be disabled. Bing search implies it might be accessible. Loading other map files should be possible although I don't know what format they are yet. All speculation at this point...
