1:33 wheels

Are they painted or powder coated? I have recieved both answers so far.

i would say painted, cause if u look at them wrong they scratch- so if they r powdercoated, i dont c why

I'm pretty sure te same company made the ACR and the 1:33 wheels and they would be powder coated for a production car, paint just won't cut it.

can anyone explain why they scratch so easily, i thought powder coat was tough
