$112 Oil Pan Gasket

Had to change out a cracked oil pan on my 97GTS today.
Thought I would replace the gasket as well. The dealer charged $112 for the gasket PN 5037022-AA. Admittedly, after seeing it, this is some gasket. Is it reusable with in reason, or should it be replaced every time you pull the pan? I had no idea the darned thing would cost that much! Sorry John.....

I bought this same gasket about 1 year ago for $74 from Moss Motors in California. They have gone up in price, but I think that PartsRack still has a good price. Try JonB next time.

As for using them over, yes they can be removed and put back on. Just remember to add a dab of RTV in two places on the block, where the chain case meets at the oil pan.
