IL VCA 17th Annual Party is at Hand!! – February 12th, 2011
We always plan our parties after the holidays. It’s always less hectic and in the middle of winter (when we really need some cheering up!). Our parties are made for everyone and it’s an event that draws members from out of state (and even out of the nation!). Our 2011 party will be no exception as we’ve planned a great gathering to warm us up during a cold winter! We plan on this being a heavily attended event and a spectacle for our guests. We’re calling all members! If there’s one event you’ll want to attend, it’s this one! This day will include:
* Elegant meal!
* Free raffle!
* Video clip highlights of our last year!
* Entertainment video segment!
* Silent auction – some very special merchandise, many of which you can’t buy!
* Club awards!
* Centerpiece giveaway – These are going to be COOL and of substantial value!
* Full merchandise display – All of our club merchandise in one place, including new arrivals!
* VIP guests will be joining us!
* Special car display within our own dining!
* Custom very special gift for each club member! (per registered household)
* Free DVD covering our 2010 club year!
* And of course, it’s Valentine’s day – a special treat for all the ladies as you enter!
We’ve chosen to host our event at a location where you can choose to stay the night just footsteps from our party. It’s a recipe that seems to be very popular among guests. This year we’re using the same hotel we selected last year – the Schaumburg Marriot! Everyone loved it, they treated us well, and they provided VERY good overnight rates! Feel free to make a weekend of it! It’s a nice Valentine’s day getaway and the next day would be a great time to hit the Chicago Auto Show while it’s in town (it’s opening weekend)!

The cost is $85/per person (the overall cost is immense and the club subsidizes a good portion of it), there is also a kids rate. We want everyone to have a good time, you’ll love what you see (and receive). Party starts at 6:00pm with dinner at 7:00pm. Dress is smart casual (don’t need to dress too formal) or of course Viper apparel is always welcome!
Notes:
* Donations for auction or raffle are always welcome. Many of those in business have a knack at making some neat things too. Please let us know if you’ll be donating something!
* We're doing a "custom Viper" display - if you have a modified Viper you want to display, let us know!
