1999 GTS AC repair

I’m looking for someone in the Sacramento CA area that knows how to revive the AC in a gen 2 AC.
Never worked on, all the parts are there. Just hasn’t worked for years.
Any leads would be much appreciated!

Any shop with an AC machine can check it for you. If it has been open to atmosphere for a long time, replace the dryer.
