2006 black protection guard around exhaust the needed.

Does anyone have any idea where to find a black plastic cover that will protect around the side exhaust exit area? In later models that seems to be painted black. I'm not talking about just a silver ring around with the exhaust exit more this is a piece that follows the factory line. Without cats and no other restrictions my car is throwing flames which is now melting the paint around where the exhaust comes out so I need a solution. Any suggestions out there or links you could throw my way?

All 2003 - 2010 side sill exhaust exits are painted black in that area. Don't know if a high-temp black paint would do better, but that would seem to be the least expensive fix.
