Had a similar experience, mine turned out to be the pump relief valve. Too much pressure was causing the hose ends to leak. New pump fixed it.

What all hoses did you replace? I originally bought a JSTVP kit for my car, but didn't like the way the hoses routed (plus I still think they sent me the truck kit instead of the car one). The kit comes with two hoses (pump to fan and fan to rack). I started to take off my fan to rack hose and realized there was no reason to replace it as it was working completely fine. I only replaced the pump to fan hose because it was the one with the issue.

I've since come up with a bit of a hybrid solution since I really didn't like how the hose was set up. I basically tossed everything from the kit I bought aside from the adapter that replaces the one that comes in the power steering pump and had a local hydraulic shop braze an AN fitting to the stock line to connect to it. Gets rid of the quick connect that plagues so many, but keeps the original routing that works. I'm sure there is a little downside to having a rigid fitting at the engine now as vibration might get to it over time, but I'm guessing no worse than how the factory fittings failed.

I seriously need to get going on the fitting redesign I planned. Those hose kits and aftermarket solutions are TRASH. So many problems with them its a joke... all because Dodge designed a non-serviceable pump fitting that has an o-ring with a 15yr life.

And for anyone reading:

-DO NOT THROW OUT YOUR OEM LINES!!!
-DO NOT REPLACE THE LINE RUNNING FROM FAN TO RACK, EVEN IF IT COMES IN THE KITS! They nearly never fail and you are just creating new failure points.

I was glad I saved my OEM line for just this reason. Having it around is what gave me the idea to see if a shop could change the end to AN.

Dont do that either IMHO.

My plan was to design an o-ring serviceable fitting with a built in dust boot or double o-ring design. The JIC converted OEM lines would be subject to fracture issues due to movement and vibration... not the kind of design you want on a line like that.

Its not a coincidence that its 99% upper fitting failures, and 1% lower. The issue is the dust and dirt + vibration wearing out the internal unshielded o-ring over time. Make it serviceable... and its a minor issue. Make it protected from dust and serviceable... and its likely going to outlast the car.
