2009 Viper seat removal

Hey everyone! I have searched high and low with no luck.

It appears my Viper has the locked seats. I want to remove them so I can apply sound deadener and am stuck.

Any help would be massive!

Four bolts, and lift out carefully...minding electrical connectors.

Are you saying the tracks are stuck so you can't move them to get to the bolts? The two on the front should be reasonably easy to get to regardless of seat position as they actually face forward. The back ones are two nuts, but you have to slide the seat forward to get to them, or at least it makes it a lot easier if you do. Might be able to reach in with a socket and extension if you can lean the seat back forward.
