I ordered a set of door panel from you (Ron) and was told they were in "Very Good Condition" and off an '01 GTS with 3,400 miles. When they arrived they were far worse than what I was replacing. I paid the return shipping, and was then charged a $90.00 "restocking fee." $90.00 to open a box, pull 2 door panels out of the box and put them on a shelf? REALLY? I emailed and called numerous times, and each time there was NO response. It takes years to earn a loyal customer, but just 1 bad deal to lose them forever. This happened at the first of March, and I still haven't gotten a respose to an email about the restocking fee. I hate having to post this, but if it saves just one person from getting screwed it was worth it.
