AEM fuel pressure sender mounting ideas?

I have had multiple failures of my fuel pressure sender used in my AEM gauges. I have gone through 3 of the brass senders each one mounted on the fuel rail. They work fine for a few months then the gauge starts going all wacky (numbers all over the place). After the third failure, I called AEM and they told me that the vibrations from the engine and the sensor being mounted to a rigid location are what is causing the sender to fail. They sent me the upgraded stainless steel sender and I was wondering if there was an alternate mounting location to the fuel rail. The AEM tech said the newer ones are designed to withstand heat and vibes but I don't want to have to go through the warranty process again if I can mount it somewhere else. Just looking to see if anyone has installed this in a different location or if you have any experience with this type of problem.
