I know the factory warranty should cover any problems but was curious if I can expect issues other than possibly a weak battery from lack of driving. Was not sure if tires get flat spotted or if seals go bad from sitting so long. Looking to get an '08 or '09 after taking a break for a while. Some very nice deals out there on new '08's and '09's. This particular '08 has been on showroom for 2 years +/- and needs a home.

Try the search at the top and put in 2008 problems.
Several pages of threads full of information.
Several things mentioned like the build date and steering fluid with a few other issues you can find.

Do you know the build date on this car?

You shouldn't have any issues. Sounds like you need to pick her up.

Just moved from Richmond, Va to Brentwood, TN on Jan 1 - Like it so far but need a toy again

I've worked in B'wood since '85. It's changed a little. Very nice area, though! Like Mike sez, come on down to H'ville in a couple of weeks if you can. BTW, his 'o8 is pretty nice.
