Just spoke to Samuel Hubinette, the two time world champion in drifting, he is looking for a few people to help them when the race in Seattle on July 9-10th at Evergreen speedway. (practice on the 8th)
A couple of years ago we put together a group of interested people and parked in a reserved area, and made a car show event of it, lots of work but lots of fun too...
Not sure what the club might want to do this year so I am looking for your feedback, and also volunteers to assist Samuel and his two car team at the track, you need not be a mechanic as there are lots of small jobs that anyone can assist with... including checking to see that the fuel is in the car and door closed.
If you would like to either sign up to assist Samuel or if you think we should put together an event around it, please either reply to this post or send me a message.
