I have done business with VPA before and had no issue. Second time around there was an issue. Not their fault, Mopar's to blame for this. I ordered a pair of "viper" door guards, and as soon as they came in I painted them matte black. Well, a few days later I went to install them and then realized that Mopar had boxed up two driver side pieces and zero passenger side ones. I immediately sent VPA and e-mail, they understood the issue and sent me the passenger side priority mail. I went ahead and gave them business for my flywheel and ordered a set of tires. From one business owner to another. That's how you treat people.
