Coolant adding question

does it matter whether you add coolant via the coolant pressure bottle or the coolant recovery bottle?

No. It does not matter. However if both are low then you need to add to both.

Just make sure you squeeze the upper radiator hose after filling to push the air in the line into the recovery bottle. It will draw back fluid after the air is pushed out.
