Door Sill Question

Here's a quick, but odd question. How are the door sills supposed to be attached to the car on a Gen I RT/10? Specifically, I am referring to the type of fastener that Dodge used that attaches the door sill to the very bottom of the car (there are like four of five holes that run along the bottom of the car for this).

The reason I ask is that the passenger side fasteners apparently fell out and now the door will is flopping all about. A look at the other side just reminded me that the sills were removed by one of the last owners because it has a bunch of mismatched screws holding it on. My guess is that it was held on by some of those flanged black rivets.

I couldn't figure out how to search for this on already existing threads. Sorry if it's been covered.
