exhaust..borla stingers??

hello...looking for advice..i wanna put borla stingers on my 2004 srt and i was wondering if i put the exhaust on the car, if i cut off the converters would it effect the performance and possibly throw off the way the car performs?? thanks for the help...i had a 2004 corvette and put borlas on it and cut off converters and it did not make a difference performance wise..it just threw a check engine code..i like it loud and obnoxious!!

Streetserpant, Yes this will improve power and increase the exhaust sound, probley around a 20HP increase at the tires. The only issue is that if your pcm is still stock with the factory tune it will set a Check engine light since the cat's are removed, but no worry I can recalibrate your pcm to turn the light off, just drop me a line if you need my help.
