The usual Father's Day Charity Car Show is in Mission on June 21st Father's Day. VCA will be meeting in Tim Horton's parking lot about 8 am I believe. Turn right as soon as you exit Mission side of the bridge. Timmie's can be seen from the traffic lights.
Fred Kappler will be serving BBQ'd hotdogs and 'smokies' with drinks provided as well. Last years Mission show was written up in Domestic Driver - A bi-monthly online magazine featuring Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, and GM Cars from 1980+ Washington VCA used to present a few cars each year at this event, but ... ???
Come on guys, it'll be great! If I can drive 1,000mi. to attend and watch the BCCCA race and eat Fred's hotdogs at the Car show, it shouldn't take much effort for you guys to make it? Mission Raceway races that weekend. Racetrack is on left side of Mission end of bridge.
