I am rying to help John Canal spread the word:
Hello everyone,
The Gainesville cruise / dinner / road course event is on, April 24-25, 2010. We have 16 members registered already for the road course portion, we have 4 spots open. Please RSVP as soon as possible, as we will take the next 4 that confirm. WE HAVE SOMETHING SPECIAL THIS TIME, WE HAVE THE INSURANCE AND APPROVAL FROM THE TRACK TO TAKE PASSENGERS. Both drivers and passengers will need long pants and helmets and will have to sign a waiver form. We will have timed groups, that will range from expert to novice.
The cruise and the dinner on Saturday the 24th is open to as many that want to come. If you want to come on Sunday to the road course and cheer on your fellow Viper owners, or possibly get a ride around the track, you are more than welcome. The cost for the road course event is $185 / car, this includes the full day on the track and lunch, for spectators and guest there will be a $10 / lunch fee. Please inform us as soon as possible. The hotel for Saturday night is the Country Inn and Suites, we have stayed there the last few times, new and clean with security. The Viper rate is $125 per night, some of you may be able to get better rates directly with military or other discounts, hotel contact info below
For the road course event, it is $185.00 / person and this includes your lunch on Sunday, forms are attached.
Please send in forms as soon as possible and RSVP fpor the cruise and dinner so that we have a head count. Thank you.

6 pm - Arrive at Restaurant for dinner (TBA) (Dinner is dutch, please bring cash)
