And do you have pictures? I had 355/25/19 and blew out a tire so need to replace my rears. I think pirreli is the only in thatnsize so I'm wondering what everyone else is running.

I've heard good things about the nito invos but they are 345/30/19 so .5" taller sidewall, .5" less in width and 2" taller overall....would love to know what you guys are running and see a picture. The pirellis didn't really grip great for me

Help me understand your math: How would .5" taller sidewall = 2" taller overall :dunno:
My math says that a tire with a .5" taller sidewall will have a 1" bigger diameter causing the car to sit .5" taller.

Perelli is the only one that makes that 255/25 tire size and i dont even consider them an option for a viper.

The following are what i consider options for 19's:
345/30 Michelin PS2
335/30 Nitto NT-05
345/30 Nitto INVO

Check out here for my review on the NT-05's:

Don't run that 355/25R19...it's way too short for the Viper. I had it on my 03 for some time, as they came mounted on the car...stick to the correct sizes Dom listed above

Kuhmo's here, SRT size wheels/tires on a 99 GTS, but I think Kuhmo is out of the game now for Vipers.

I'm looking into that same set up in the future (CCWs SP600s), but I'm wondering if 18F/19R looks better than 19F/19R.

The side wall in (the 19/19 set up) front tires is smaller than the rears, and I think it makes the front tires look bigger than the rears.

The 18F/19R has similar side walls in the tires and actually makes the Rims look very similar in size.

What do you guys think flows better with the GTS Curves?

I have HREs 545s now in 18s all around, and the rear Rims look smaller than the front ones...

19/19's on my car previously (see below pic), I prefer the 18/19's by a mile.

Eric, why is that?

BTW, the 19/19 picture you just posted makes the front tires look biger, maybe is the angle of the pic?

+1, Ive currently got 19's and wish my fronts were 18's. The 19's on the front with the skinny sidewall makes the wheel look bigger than the rears.
Also, having alittle more sidewall with the 18's can be better performance-wise:drive:

V10TT, I agree and think that 18F/19R is the best setup for a Gen2

This X2 to answer your question V10TT.

I am running a different brand tire now, but the car handles better with the 18's up front. I also like the look better. I don't think gen 2 cars look good with thin sidewall tires, they don't flow with the big curves on the car.
