Hoosier tires included but they are old and should be replaced. These are light weight racing wheels (18 lbs).
No curb rash, scratches, or damage on the rims but they could use a good cleaning and polishing to make them more presentable. This is a perfect option for a dedicated set of track tires/wheels.
