Check Autometer Phantom series or the white-faced StewartWarner gauges
Make sure you get an electrical gauge (as oppposed to mechanical) if you are installing it in your car
You are better off logging fuel pressure, it is hard to assess fuel pressure visually. You need to see a log as you go thru the gears. I have a 0-5V transducer that I log with the Innovate Logworks software.
